To assure this the construction has been fitted with Quilt roof insulation between the Joists.The housing structure is equipped with 75x50 wall scale leaf with 30x2.5x600c/c girth galvanized m/s wall anchors nailed to block walls 1000 c/c (between windows) with 150 deep strip of XPM filled over exfoliation as plaster key.Heavy horizontal beams or steel lintels are pressed 225mm deep to support the structure and roof.
